The  National Migrant and Seasonal Head Start Association (NMSHSA) has existed for over 35 years and serves as the voice for the over 37,000 children of migrant and seasonal farm workers and their families within the Head Start community both locally and nationally.  The NMSHSA shares a long commitment to migrant and Hispanic communities who constitute one of the most vulnerable populations in the United States.
